Tariffville Families,
Today we will celebrated our Day of Thanks. Students participated in different activities that gave them opportunities to thank those they are grateful for with a kind message, think about what they are thankful for and learn a little about what people think of them!
Here is the message I shared this morning: Personally I am thankful for the opportunity to work in such an amazing school. To you the students, you make me smile and laugh each day. You bring back wonderful memories of my children when they were in elementary school and you even make me think of the times when I was in elementary school and maybe getting into a little trouble myself! To our teachers and staff, I am so grateful to work with such wonderful people, our staff truly CLIMBS each day in the things they do for you, the students and each other. One of my favorite quotes is "Surround yourself with good people and good things happen". We all should be thankful for each other because we are all great people and great things happen at Tariffville School.

PTO News Book Fair Fun - Thank you to everyone who visited and shopped at the book fair. Our Fall book fair was filled with so much joy and reading inspiration. This was our most successful book fair to date with nearly 1,300 books sold for a grand total of $8,994 dollars! This means we earned $4,497 Scholastic Dollars which will go directly to purchasing books for our school! Also, thank you to everyone who contributed to our "All For Books" fundraiser. We raised an additional $270 for our very own school library. We hope you all love your new books! Thanks again to everyone who helped out and thanks to the Book Fair Committee for their handwork.
A reminder the next PTO meeting is December 1, 2021 in the cafeteria.
